2004 Bigfoot 25B21FB Trailer - $21,000 - Grand Junction, CO

Well maintained, always garaged when stored. Camper in great shape. Original information that came with the camper is included. No indoor window seal gasket creep.Microwave works, but display does not.The TV was placed on the wall that is shared with the refrigerator, on a pivot mount so the TV can be viewed from the bed area, or the dinette area. All other items are in working order. Additional pictures can be provided.

Within past four years:

  • new axle
  • new flush valve
  • new water inlet check valve
  • new LP regulator
  • new manual awning
  • upgraded to LED interior lighting.
  • Tires show little if any wear

Axle question ?

I was wondering why the axles have been replaced?

Thanks for your time.

We bought the Bigfoot used

We bought the Bigfoot used from an owner who died, about 4 years ago. They used it very little.
We had it checked out at an RV shop, and one axle needed work. Was cheaper to replace than do repairs. Other axle is original, and they serviced that one- routine maintenance.
We’ve kept the camper well maintained and if any issue arose, they were addressed.

Bigfoot 21

Hi Fred,

We are very interested in your trailer. The idea of a forward bed is super cool.

My foremost question is: have you weighed it recently? I need to know it's tongue weight and total weight to determine if we can tow it with our current TV.

Thanks,

PB

Thanks for your reply.

Thanks for your reply.

That's correct re wibsite weight info. However, I spoke with Bigfoot Industries general manager the other day and the weight is for recent builds - and does not include AC or solor panels. The trailer in question is over 10 years old and theoretically lighter.

I own a smaller Bigfoot and I can tell you the actual weight of these trailers are all over the place ... particularly the tongue weight.

So I am hoping that the owerner can give me infor regarding this specific trailer.

BTW, I just sent you an email.

Once again, thanks for the response.

We have never weighed the

We have never weighed the trailer, but guess it is between 5000 -6000 normally. Tongue weight is a guess also, but probably around 300 lbs. We tow it with a ¾ ton truck and have had no problems, and I’ve seen them towed with a Tundra, (which to me may be a bit undersized). Trailer does have AC on the roof, but no solar panels.

If your vehicle has al least a 7K lb trailer capacity, should be OK. There is not a scale around where we could weigh it easily.
