We are reluctantly parting with our Casita. We love it to death, we just need a little more space. We're the third owners of it, and have done a ton of work to it, as well as some modifications to make camping more fun/easier for us. Here's the details.....
Purchased in February 2016
The trailer has a full wet bath, new faucet on sink
Air conditioner replaced in Spring 2019, works great
Refrigerator replaced in Spring 2019, also works great
Newer kitchen faucet, as well as plumbing lines from water tank to the faucet.
Original 2 burner gas cooktop, works well.
Original water heater, works well, anode replaced last month.
Carpet removed last year and replaced with vinyl flooring, possibly our smartest move yet. No soft spots in the subfloor.
We have all of the original cushions, they're in great shape. The small dinette cushions have been recovered in marine vinyl, easy to clean, and durable. The large dinette/bed cushions retain their lovey harvest gold fabric upholstery. We did not recover them, as we use them in the "bed" position all the time, with a memory foam cushion over top, so we never see them.
Range hood removed and replaced with a vent kit from Little House Customs.
Fake tile backsplash added.
24" HDTV mounted for swing arm.
Stromberg-Carlson propane tank shelf for generator/cooler/towel hanger. Installed Spring 2018.
Wheel bearings repacked Spring 2019.
Tires new in Spring 2019. Less than 1500 miles on them.
King RV Media front porch light/speaker
Our trailer is in great shape, we maintain it well, and enjoy camping in it. It does not look brand new, but it's looks really darn good, especially for a 2003. The only thing that is not operational on it is the TV antenna. We have never had a desire to use it, as we'll use the cable hookup if we're in an RV park. Otherwise, it's in terrific shape.
We're firm on our price, and will only accept a cashier's check from a bank for purchase. We have the title in hand.
