This Casita has the larger, 25 gal. fresh water tank, with 15 gal. gray and black tanks. I've added 2 more 12 volt outlets and an 85 watt solar panel. It has a new water pump, and over the years I've done many mods and replaced many parts, including Fantastic fan, Ultra Breeze vent over, optional pantry shelf in the microwave cabinet, wardrobe closet shelf pattern set, custom covers on the swivel csptains chairs (original upholstry is fine). Outside it has an electric tongue jack, heavy duty tow chains, new tires, upgraded to 15" wheels, and replaced the electric brakes.
Non-smoker. Clean inside and out. Needs wax. Awning has wind/hail damage.
