Selling a hard to find 2001 Scamp 16 - Layout 4. We bought from the original owners a few years ago and have loved this Scamp - just looking to move to a bigger fiberglass camper.

• Front bench that turns to bunks. We added a rail to the top bunk for our kids that worked great.
• Rear dinette converts to bed
• Wet bath with toilet and shower, hot water heater (we did not use this but per previous owner everything works)
• AC and propane heater both work well
• Dual propane tanks
• Has a tv antenna but is not currently set up with tv inside
• Awning in like new condition as the previous owners did not use it.
• 2 burner gas stove works great
• Refrigerator (we did not use this, just for paper plate storage)
• Screen door
• Clean title
• Also includes: cover, Curt anti sway bar and hitch (never used), wheel chocks, wheel lock, misc items

We have upgraded the below:

• Installed vinyl flooring (we did not put it under the table/bed area, but bought an additional matching roll that will come with the camper in case the buyer wants to finish that area
• New curtains throughout
• We purchased a 2in gel memory foam topper and cut it to fit cushions, then put covers on them. This has made sleeping very comfortable while also allowing us to easily set back up the table. The original cushions are still in great shape if you prefer that look.
