I bought this trailer a few months ago and have used it as a remote office. It has been scrubbed clean throughout. It has been stored under cover since I purchased it. I am not aware of any leaks or damage beyond normal wear and tear and what would be expected from a 20-year-old trailer. There are some minor “spider webs” in the fiberglass (see pics) and the table has some “swelling” where something was apparently spilled. There is also some damage to the insulation at the bottom interior of the door (see pics).   
I have not used the refrigerator or stove, but was told by the previous owner that they were operable. I was able to do some cosmetic work and minor repairs on the Scamp.
