Scamp 13’ – Clear title - Very good condition – Ready to camp

Located in Newberry, FL. (west of Gainesville, FL)

Must see camper with unique interior. Unit was purchased new from Scamp as an empty shell and original owner customized to his usage needs. We purchased from original owner in 2009 and camped in it regularly until we recently upsized to a Scamp 16’.

Camp in it now or the interior can be easily modified and customized for your requirements. Sleeping for two. Plenty of storage. Rear third of original OSB floor was replaced with exterior plywood, FGR tabbed, epoxy sealed.

INTERIOR features:

Two bunks – wood frames

                       Rear bunk: 30”W x 78”L – 5” thick foam mattress-under bunk storage 20”High

                       Side bunk:   29”W x 75”L- 5” thick foam mattress-under bunk storage 19”High

Two nightstands – built in- 15-1/2” W X 15-1/2”D X 19”H

Front cabinet/counter top- 48” wide – two storage cabinets underneath

                       Countertop has built-in sink (inoperable-needs to be re-plumbed for use)

Entry door area – Custom carpenter-built wood frame ready for screen door install

Side closet – standard as per Scamp 13’ build- we removed converter (exposed hole in cabinet face)

EXTERIOR features:

Good condition- We have kept the finish waxed and unit stored under cover

No rooftop mechanicals except standard Scamp escape hatch.

Trailering: 17/8” hitch; 7 pin electrical

Electrical – 12V wiring (no battery); 3 prong 115V hull connection

Notes:   No converter (original removed and not replaced), but has all the factory AC/12V wiring including a 30A shore cord

Air conditioner:  Removable 5000 BTU room A/C fits in rear window as needed. 

Tires:  New as of March 2018.  Low miles
