lovely 2001 Casita Spirit Deluxe 17', a true time capsule. These are hard to come by and this on was especially loved and almost looks/smells like a newer one.

You either know all about these amazing campers, their massive cult following or you are new.
This camper is a dream, you feel like you are sleeping in a cozy bubble and not a camper trying to be an apartment. We love this thing and never thought we would sell it, it's even cute looking at out the window in the driveway.

You can tow this with almost any small SUV because of its light weight and overall its so much smaller then your traditional boxy campers.

It includes 4 separate outlets inside, 1 outlet outside

Various grey/black water pipes/ draining included for camping.

This one has been cared for by it's previous owners including us- we just sadly grew out of this.
The back bed is super comfy and has an old custom mattress but also the original cushions come with it
so you can turn it into a table as well. The other smaller side table turns into a slim twin bed.

Everything works, A/C is super cold, heat- hot water when you need that can be fired up.

Shower works great and has nice pressure

We kept everything pretty stock and cleaned up various original parts with OEM casita interior parts
and added a 24" smart TV on a swivel.

Brand new battery

The awning is in excellent working shape/no rips or tears. (purchased new left/right end caps, to be installed soon)
The exterior is in wonderful shape minus it needing a wash/wax which will be done soon.

The not so good is:
Some oxidized/yellowing plastics inside/outside
the trailer manual jack works but currently diagnosing the electric jack1
one blind missing the stick to turn it, couple light scuffs here and there interior/exterior
exterior has light imprinting from old decals from the previous owner that we removed.
