I am the second "real" owner of this trailer, with a dealer who bought it from the estate of the original owner in between me and the original owner. The trailer is as ordered from the factory except as follows:

a solar trickle charger was added by the original owner.

I added a new axle with better clearance, white spoke modular wheels and new radial tirws.

New charging and inverter system.

Air conditioner(it was originally wired for one at the factory, but not installed)

New battery

new propane changoover

gauge to meassure charge progress and USB ports

Mattress topper for the dinette when it is made into a bed

new sway bar(both the bar and the hitch for a 2" receiver and a new ball are included

New waterproof plank floor

Manuf. Labels are still in closet and show UVW(unladen vehicle weight) as 2832 . I have towed this with a Tacoma and now with A Ford 150 Eco Tech 6.

I have used this and loved it for 3 years but grandkids are of an age I need a 21 foot . I have checked prices of similar ones that have sold over the last several months and I feel this is a fair price. Please contact me with your phone number or email if you have questions and I will respond.
