This Casita is in great working condition and almost everything is original, as it has had very minimal use and was mostly garage parked.

My dad is the second owner and essentially never used it more than a couple of weeks in the past 10 years. I lived in it for about 2 months in the summer of 2018 and can verify that it's in great shape.

Since it is coming up on 20 years old, I think it would be wise for its new owner to schedule a checkup at the Casita facilities down in Rice, Texas. The can go over all of the sealants and perhaps redo a couple of rivets, and if you were interested in updating any of the appliances, they can assist with that as well.

In response to your questions:

1) Bathroom: regarding the bathroom, please expand the images if you are viewing from your phone, so that you can see the shower wand and toilet more clearly.

2) Beds: both of the tables you see lay down into beds; the larger table is essentially a full/double bed and perfectly uses those size sheets, while the smaller of the two tables turns into a bed whose cushions fit a set of "single/twin" mattress size sheets. I slept on these cushions for 2 months straight, very comfortably.
