SOLD - 2000 Scamp 16' layout 4 (no bathroom), 3" factory lift - $7000 - ABQ, NM

I bought this Scamp 5 years ago just before I had to move out of state to an urban area where I can't store it. While I love it dearly, it's time to rehome it to someone who can use it more often. It's in great shape for its age and can be camped in as is, but it could use just a little work to be excellent. I pulled it with a 4cyl Tacoma and had no problems. Clean NM title in hand.

This Scamp has been stored in New Mexico since I bought it; I bought it from someone in Texas who got it from someone in Colorado--low rust on axle from dry, no salts climate.

Features:
-950 lbs dry weight
-bench/bunk bed in front with storage cabinets below
-pump sink with cabinets above and below (sink drain has hose that can run outside or drain into grey water jug under cabinet)
-10 gallon water tank (hose not currently connected, but provided)
-2 burner stove with cabinets above and below (only one burner working; have not looked at possible cause)
-heater (have never used)
-large closet with rail for hanging clothes (the "bathroom" in the layout 4--we never installed toilet or shower as I planned to remove)
-small closet with rail to hang clothes
-rear dinette folds to a bed with storage underneath (cushions in decent shape; still firm and no tears in cover)
-rear upper cabinets
-propane tank
-battery case (unsure of battery's current condition; held charge when connected to a solar set up as of July 2021)
-lights throughout
-new pare tire
-ice box with drain hose (works as ice box only; not propane/electric)
-roof vent
-inside door lock
-electric hook up and power converter
-regular electric outlets that work when plugged into power (I only used off grid and used a solar panel and marine battery and spliced USB outlets into the wiring to charge my phone, but have removed that and hooked light back up. Takes 5 minutes if you want to install one.)

Extras:
-3" lift from factory for mountain terrain
-porch light
-screen door
-crank out windows on all side windows (allows opening in the rain); back window is slide
-fold down step on door
-comes with: hoses for sink drain and water tank; tow ball and wrench; small broom; power converter plug for hooking up; usb plug that can be installed; hitch lock; spare tire lock; chocks

Needs love:
-front window leaks slightly; I have the replacement window and seal from Scamp ready for you to install
-front bench/bunk cushions could use new covers; torn from sun in a few spots
-hose from sink to water tank needs to be replaced and is currently disconnected; replacement hose provided and ready to install
-crank up vent is covered in white waterproof tape as it had a crack; vent cover could be replaced
-screen door handle chipped, but still works
-brake/turn signals need to be rewired (or may have a short? have not worked since I bought it)
-missing cover on one side light
-I'd planned on putting on new acorns and putting a fresh coat on the roof but there are not leaks currently that I'm aware of
-linoleum has some stains and mars; works fine but could be replaced
-curtains could be replaced; some rod attachments are no longer remain attached when moving; fabric is very old
-I added weather stripping around front door to deal with notorious door warping; door needs to be slammed sometimes
