This is an awesome camper, it has its bumps and nicks, 16' long counting the hitch. New stove top (two burner), New refrigerator, new air conditioner, new battery. The furnace works good. 25 gal. water tank. The two table's make up a queen size bed. the couch makes into bunk beds for us short people. The bunk bed/couch option takes up the space normally used for the toilet/shower You could sleep 5 with all the bed space. It weighs 1400. lbs. It tows very nicely with our 4-Runner. The price includes a new Honda generator and a port-a-potty.
