I live in Greenville SC, are you still have the trailer for sale?  If it is, what's the condition, anything that's need to be fix? are all the appliances in working conditions? any leaks?  I don't want to do a long trip to find out is not what it looks on the pictures.  Thank you.

The camper is for sale.

The camper is for sale.  other than the decorations, and I put the dinette back to a dinette (I kept it down as a sofa, meditation space) it is the same.  Everything works on it.  This is a used trailer and it is a 1999 - the only thing that doesn't work properly is the black water tank sensor - it tells you it's full or midway when it is completely empty.  As a single person, i could last 4-5 days with fast showers and using the toilet before it needed empty if boondocking.  When hooked up to a sewer there is of course no issue.

I had a small leak in the last month at one window and realized the gutter for the window was clogged and needed cleaned out - no more leak, The leak didn't cause any damage.

The fridge/freezer works great, the water heater works great - takes about 10 minutes in fliorida in the winter (40 degrees out) to heat up the water for a toasty shower. the stove and oven work great.  I used the ducted heater once and then bought a small ceramic heater whcih i am leaving in the camper - the propane heater uses too much propane and the camper is so well insulated that the small ceramic heater worked great.  I also added a flat screen mounted tv and antenna.  There is a CD player but i never hooked it up so I don't know if it works.  The prior owners added LED lighting and the plugs are all there for that added ambiance.  I did not use the fantastic fan that is above the bed due to the no see ums (gnats) that will eat you alive in Florida. I am including a table top fan that i would use at night when it was too cold for AC and too warm for heat to keep the air moving around.

It looks exactly like the pictures. I am in PA and it is in FL. If you want - I can have my son video chat with you and walk you through it as well.

I am also including wheel chocks and stabilizing jacks whcih it is resting on and will go with whomever purchases it.

Let me know if you need any other information.
