SOLD - 1999 17' Casita Spirit Deluxe. Lots of Upgrades. Lifted on 30" tires - $16,000 - Centennial, CO

With a heavy heart we have decided to sell our beloved Casita. We owned if for about 5 years. It's a 1999 model year 17 foot Spirit Deluxe. It's the most popular and most versatile layout. Casita says it can sleep up to 4 people but I'd say this is comfortable 3 people layout.

If you are looking at this ad I am pretty sure you know what you are looking at and I don't have to explain to you what a molded fiberglass camper is. If you don't please search online.

We have done a lot of upgrades to the camper and this is not your stock Casita.

Upgrades:

- 2 year old torsion lift axle 20k miles on it. There is about 16" of ground clearance to the body of the camper.

- 2 year old BFG light truck E rated All Terrain Tires with 20k miles on them. Size is 30". These tires are huge and you can absolutely take this thing anywhere.

- Renogy 100 Watt solar panel on the roof.

- Victron Bluetooth MPPT Solar Controller.

- 1500 watt pure syne wave inverter.

- 2 year old modern charge center. This is what charges the battery when you are connected to shore power and provides 12v fuses and 110v outlets. This one is solid state and will last forever.

- Hepvo Valve for the shower drain. This is a life saver. New Casitas come with this since a few years ago. No need to open or close your shower drain.

- Upgraded porcelain toilet. 1 year old ball valve gasket.

- Slick Dometic two burner marine propane stove.

- Rear frame mounted hitch. Can handle 200+ lbs.

- Jack-E-Up trailer jack adapter with new jack. This is super awesome part that let's you totally remove the jack so if you are towing with a truck you can open your tailgate with trailer connected.

- Front triangle storage mount. Perfect for generator storage. You can totally run a little Honda/Yamaha generator right on the mount without much noise and vibration.

- Waterproof synthetic wood floor with cork backing. Super nice looking and provides some extra insulation.

- All interior lights and exterior lights converted to LED.

- We removed the bulky wood door to the bathroom and replaced with a tough linen cloth that uses clasps and magnets. It works amazingly well. However we do have the original door somewhere in the garage.

- camper does have AC! It's a window unit built into a closet on the passenger side. This is how they used to do it before switching to roof units. It works well but don't expect it to work great in 120 degree weather.

I am probably forgetting something in terms of upgrades. Overall camper is in awesome condition. Absolutely everything works including the 3 way fridge, 5 gallon water heater, built in propane space heater, shower, toilet. All works as you would expect it.

The camper is ready for weekend adventures or straight up full time living. It tows super easy and the added hight has no effect on how it tows. We towed it with an f150 and the truck did not even notice the camper was behind it. Trailer brakes only have 20k miles on them and work very well. All of the electrical components work perfectly.

New this camper will run you $26,000 plus tax. Casita is about 18-20 months out on orders right now.

Our price is $16,500 Cash only. If you are serious and know what these campers are I am willing to work with you on price and arrangements.
