Bought this about a year ago and have decided to upgrade to a 5th wheel for a little more overhead space.
AC and heat both work great, no leaks, everything works as it should. 17gal grey tank, 17gal fresh water tank.
New: tires, battery, brake drums, wheel bearings, brake shoes, backing plates. new propane tank.
All LED lighting, Propane detector, smoke detectors, refrigerator (works on power and propane), toilet, spare wheel and tire. Refrigerator works great on power.
Full size mattress in back, can sleep an additional person in the dinette. Brand new LL Bean full bedding included.
No water heater or shower. Holes and hookups remain, so could be added for the cost of a propane shower ($250).
Large cargo box in the back of RV included and comes with a ton of extras: stabilizer jacks, sewage hose, extension cord, power converter, tools, bedding, spare parts, etc. You can tow it from my place to camp and won't need anything.
Weighs 2,000 lbs, can be safely pulled by nearly any midsize SUV and some cars.
Title in hand, but you don't need to title something of this weight in Texas.
