Beautiful and well-kept 16' 1999 Casita Spirit Deluxe Travel Trailer
Needed a larger trailer, so we're finally having to sell our beloved Casita
Trailer is fully self-contained with bathroom. All appliances in working order including: Air Conditioner (replaced in approx. 2018), Refrigerator, Water Heater, Cooktop, and Microwave.
Original MDF cabinets were replaced in kind with solid birch --a HUGE improvement over the factory specs.
Dinette cushions were replaced through Casita to give the trailer a more updated look, though we saved the originals if you prefer that pattern (seen on the large dinette/bed picture).
Recently replaced ceiling vent, along with any rivets or covers that needed replacement.
Receiver hitch added to back to allow for bike rack, etc.
Trailer has dedicated brakes and 7 pin tow connector.
This trailer is an absolute dream to own --because of it's fully fiberglass shell, it is very low maintenance, just routine wash and wax and you will have a wonderful little vacation spot for years to come. This trailer is only 2200lbs. and can be pulled with just about anything, first tow vehicle for us was a 1999 Toyota Tacoma 2.7L I4. Second tow vehicle was a 2020 Toyota Tacoma 3.5L V6. Both did fine, but a V6 is probably what you want if you're thinking about purchasing this great little trailer.
