I have a 1999 13' Casita Patriot Deluxe in good condition stored in my garage for about 3 years now, fully equipped except for no furnace.I use a small electric heater fineI bought for a trip to Yellowstone in 2016,and camped a few more times in Ohio in 2017.I have arthritis in my hip and cant drive for more than an hour without stopping and loosening it up before continuing on.My camping days are pretty much over.Its in very good condition and everything works,has a cover and extra storage in the rear.
