Her key issues include: awning has been removed (I have all parts), needs some fiber glass patching around wheel wells, one minor dent exterior left rear (not my handiwork and no cracks at dent area - please see photo), assortment of small imperfections on exterior, probably needs new sealant around all windows and doors.  I would also replace the table surfaces if you intend to use them as tables rather than beds as there is some damage to the corners
