1998 casita spirit deluxe travel trailer for sale. In great working order. Only selling because we wanted something bigger. This trailer only weighs 2480 lbs so it can be towed with pretty much any 6cyl car truck or suv. Fridge, stove, shower, sink, pump, holding tanks, ac, heat, lights (ac and dc) battery, windows, propane, blinds, all work great. New spare tire. New onboard dc battery. 4in memory foam mattress cut to fit on top of original bed cushions but can be easily removed to make it back into a table. We have modified the interior a bit to make it more user friendly (see pics) including removing original captains chairs and table to install benches with more storage which can also be turned into a couch or bed for an extra person. (We no longer have original seats but this configuration is so much better you won’t want them either)

The only things wrong with the trailer are one of the rear braces is bent a bit so it’s hard to pull down (we never used them anyhow as it’s easier to just use jack stands) the pull out step is a little hard to pull in and out (which we also didn’t use much either as the trailer is pretty close to the ground as is) and the water heater needs a new thermocoupler ($120 part)
To get hot running water. I’ve factored these things into the price. I’m available pretty much any time durring the week and some weekends so shoot me an email or a text and we can schedule a time to come by and take a tour of your new home!
