1998 Scamp Deluxe 16' for sale in great condition.

We are the 3rd owners of this scamp. We purchased it last year and made several upgrades but no longer have a tow vehicle, so have decided to sell it. Sad to see it go; it's been a sweet little guest house and adventure companion.

The Good:
-Brand new axle installed by Scamp in 2019
-All indoor lights replaced with LED touch-lights
-Cabinet knobs replaced in 2020
-Brand new sink-top cutting board
-New hitch lock included
-new rear bed cushions and dinette cushions direct from the factory
-new hand pump faucet
-A/C is 4 years old and works beautifully.
-Fridge, furnace and stove all work well.
-Tires replaced 3 years ago and have ~ 2,000 miles on them.
- Prior owners were meticulous including keeping it clean, waxing the exterior, and re-caulking all seams as recently as 1 year ago.
- New door weatherstripping
- New water tank fill in 2019.
- All new cabinet clasps installed 2 years ago.
- Includes new hitch dolly, if interested
- Includes brand new Covercraft cover bought from Scamp Dealer in 2020
Overall - This unit is in excellent shape and is a lovely travel trailer.

The Bad:
- There is a small leak coming from the air conditioner gasket on days with heavy rain; no water damage.
- There is a very small leak coming from the front window, needs a little caulk and there's a 3-inch area on the wooden table that could use a light refinishing
- The vinyl floor is in good condition but is peeling back slightly, though it is out-of-site under one cabinet

Other details:
Note there is a bathroom that has a portable no-flush toilet; we opted for no black tank.
Grey water is attached at the side of the camper into a removable tank (included)
Sleeps 3: rear full-size bed is permanent with ample storage below; front dinette converts to a single bed
