I have had this camper several years, but have not used it much. My husband and I have pulled it to Texas and the mountains. It is 16 feet, fiberglass and fully insulated (even the ceiling is carpeted). I do not know if the ac works (it did turn on the last time I tried). One previous owner. The small fridge quit, but it may be a fuse. We did not use it, always used a cooler. We also never used the stove as we prefer our camp stove. As far as I know, it works. Lots of storage space. The battery will allow lights to be turned on even without electric hook-up. I took the door off the small bathroom because I like just the shower curtain, but the door is still there. This would be a great camper for a couple or single person. It is very small, so a larger person might not be comfortable. I put a picture of the door, which needs the seal/molding repaired. However, because the door itself has a rubber seal, it has never leaked. Tires are practically new. Casitas are popular in Texas (where they are manufactured), but I have not seen many around here. It is similar to a Scamp. I have the title.
