The trailer is in good condition, has been well maintained, and stored in a garage.

The original AC unit and refrigerator has been removed to increase storage space and make winter camping easier. A new refrigerator could be installed as the propane and electrical hookups are still accessible. Aluminum skins and insulation have been installed (see pics) over the original louvered vents (for the AC and Fridge) to weather-proof the openings, which really increased the cold weather performance of the trailer. We took it to Montana last winter and stayed very comfortable.

This is a great go everywhere trailer that is really easy to tow with almost any vehicle. The tongue is light enough it can be lifted onto the hitch without the jack which makes connection a breeze.

We are sad to see the trailer go but with a baby on the way we need a bigger trailer.
