1998 16' Casita with toilet, shower, and side dinette. It is in good shape for the age with some bumps and bruises although nothing major.
All of the appliances work as they should except for the hot water heater. It does fire up and works but shuts off after about 5 minutes. My guess is that its the themo couple. The fridge works well, it is a three way fridge that has been tested on both gas and electrical power. Has a brand new air conditioner that works well, the heater works and blows hot air quickly, the stove is two burner and works well. Has a electric water pump that works and all of the plumbing is solid. There are outlets for 110 power when you are plugged in and they all work and all of the interior lights work also.
The exterior lights all work except for the entry door light (trailer comes with a new one to be mounted), the right rear, and front left running lights. The rear lights that were mounted to the bumper after market don’t work so they can be taken off. Battery is good, tires are great and spare holds air but has wear. I have blinds for it that we removed. They come with the trailer so if you would like to clean and mount them you can. The only one I don’t have is for the door window. The back three windows were replaced at one point and are now plexi glass. There are some light spider cracks in a few places on the fiberglass but nothing structural. On the rear metal trim (right corner) a piece of the trim has a ding (as shown in photos).
There is an area for a tv to mount although have not hooked one up at all but I did see the power light come on. There is a stereo but it does not seem to be working and I have not tested the speakers. I have a clear Utah title to the trailer that is signed off by the last registered owner. I needed taller ceilings (the ceiling height of this is 5’8”) so we decided to buy a different trailer. This trailer was recently registered (active until Nov 2020) but does not come with plates. I have the keys to everything and also a brand new cover still in the box that comes with the sale.
