Selling our beloved Casita. It was most recently moved a year and a half ago to the current storage facility, and has been in storage for 4 years, so we are selling it AS IS. Clean title. One piece fiberglass construction. Shower / toilet/ grey and black water tanks/ bathroom sink with crack. There have been no roof leaks.

We redid a lot of it starting about 9 years ago and converted to all electric with 30/15 amp. Aluminum treadplate flooring. Reversible ceiling fan. Like new window AC with remote, used for one year, used in streetside window with removable acrylic. Ggood refrigerator/freezer, two space heaters, electric double hotplate, DVD player, microwave, stainless kitchen sink The electric water heater needs valve replaced. Has original DC/AC electric inverter control panel. The carpet was removed from the walls and ceiling and two layers of reflectix installed for easy cleaning. You can use it as is or add your own coverings. The fresh water tank was removed to give additional storage under the bed. The wooden cabinet doors were removed and replaced as you can see in the pictures.

The door /latch/lock could use some repair. Outside vents with temporary covers. Stainless steel table with three metal basket drawers from the container store. Good size closet with shelves/ pole.
