Has one brand new tire and a/c replaced in 2020. Propane tank was removed to make room for storage box before I bought it in 2017. It has never leaked but I put a cover on it during covid and water pooled near bathroom vent causing leak so vinyl floor was removed. It has not leaked at all in the year since I took the cover off. Fridge seems to work but takes a while to get cold. Fantastic fan was working but recently stopped, maybe just a loose wire. Selling as-is to get camper with more space.
