We have loved our 1996 Scamp (layout 4, closet), but have to upgrade due to a larger family. This can be towed with smaller vehicles, only weighs 2000 lbs dry. The exterior was fixed up last summer, and it does come with a cover. Riveted most of it and deoxidized it. No leaks! We store it with a heater all winter. All interior lights have been switched to LED so that you can camp off grid for days without needing to recharge the battery. There are new bearings just last year, and a brand new spare tire. There is a freshwater tank in the back. No bathroom or grey water tank, which is nice to not have the hassle. We used an outdoor bathroom set up that is included and worked great. The suction was used on the Scamp with the shower curtains. It does come with a closet door we removed it for more space. We will only meet at a local (Olympia/Tumwater/Lacey) bank of your choosing for serious buyers.
