Original owner purchased trailer new to live in while his house was being rebuilt after a fire.
Second owner was a friend of the first, he took the tailer from Minnesota to the upper part of Canada, then stored in a pole-barn until he sold it to me.
I bought it in 2005 and brought it to Nevada. For all but the past 2 years I used it twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall for 2 to 3 nights each time. Two years ago my wife and I lived in the trailer, in an RV park, for 6 weeks while waiting to move into a house we had purchased. We have not found time to use it since. It has always been covered or stored in garage. I can't call it excellent because it's not new, but it isn't beat up either. Shower and toilet in the bathroom, sleeps 3 in 2 beds, 2 different tables. Refrigerator runs on electricity or propane. Approximate weight 1750-2000 (can be towed easily by many vehicles).
