1996 13' scamp camper trailer, layout 1. With awning. No bathroom or shower. Interior and exterior in very good to excellent condition. LP stove, heater, refrigerator. Everthing works and is clean, and ready to go. Very good tires, battery less than 1 yeay old.

Only problems: some swelling from moisture on the table top, and a loose bolt on the awning makes it a little more difficult to use.
