I purchased this beauty late last year in Orlando. I had to move cross country and needed a place to stay for a few months. I fixed everything in it, including furnace (replaced the ECU), has new microwave and fridge, AC blows cold, water heater has new sacrificial anode, new Vizio smart TV. Has ceramic toilet (never used), shower, sink, two burner stove. Everything works. Comes with two sets of bed mattresses (pads) (one is the stock one, and the other custom made with memory foam). Nice awning, Hardwood floors, new radial tires and the spare tire in excellent condition. Two propane tanks, new trailer jack. All interior and exterior lights have been switched out with LEDs, and they all work great.
I would say, the only thing it needs, is maybe a wax, that's really it.

I have towed this thing with a 4 cyl Tacoma, however, a 6 cyl is preferred for going up hills and mountains. It only weighs about 1700-1900, so no need for a large displacement V8 to move this thing around.
I just do not have any need for it anymore, and would much rather have the space in the driveway. Come take a look, and let's make a deal. Title in hand and ready to transfer.
