1995 Casita

An almost total rebuild. So many new components.

New Timbren Axel-less suspension (3500 lbs). Professionally installed by Motivated RV.
New Aluminum Rims and Maxxis 8008 tires (have an exact third rim and tire for spare).
New deck and vinyl floors
New Dometic Vent
New Custom built shower and toilet (with new Therford C220 cassette toilet never used).
New sink, plumbing, inlet, and electric hot water heater.
New A/C
New WCFO Power Center and new plug.
New VMax Battery
New Tail lights (from Casita)
New custom fabricated fiberglass for modern RV door with lock. (Much better than the original handle and latch)

I bought this Casita and have spent a lot of time and money restoring it for personal use. About $6000 in parts and labor. But I’ve run out of time and money. Doing a house remodel and need to sell the Casita for the money.

My plan was to make this thing good for the beach and off-road trails up in the mountains. That’s why I got the high-end independent suspension. Almost all of the new components are the top of the line. The best one can buy.

There are a few things left to be done, or that I was going to do. But you could take her out on a trip right now.
