I'm selling my 1995 16' Casita that I've owned since 2006.  It has  a new furnace, air conditioner, hot water heater, a new batter,y and 3 new tires.  Kitchen and refrigerator are original. It has been wired for solar panels, although I've never used solar, and the previous owner added a storage box/tool box in front of the propane tanks.  I have a cover for it and a sway bar.  The awning is missing, there are a few cracks in the rear window (plexiglass), and several other cosmetic problems. Images are below.
