12 gallon fresh water tank; 1 propane tank; outside light at door; roof vent; escape hatch; new curtains; rear stabilizer jacks, 2 in. ball hitch; and connection for water & electric hookup.

There is no toilet, in fact the entire bathroom was removed; however, I can include a porta potty that has been sanitized.

Honestly the space is too small for a bathroom to be squeezed in in my opinion, but it leaves a great space for a fold down table or whatever your heart desires.

The awning is original and works great.

This trailer is made from Fiberglass so it is very lightweight and can be pulled easily.

We no longer use the trailer because we are too busy with work.
