This is a very fun travel trailer weighing only 2200 lbs. which makes it very easy to pull plus it has electric brakes so stopping is easy too. I just installed a new battery and the 15" tires and wheels which gives it more higher clearance. The propane bottles are there but the rubber hose doesn't look to good so I haven't tested any of the lp components like the two burner stove and the hot water heater. The Casita features an outside awning, spare tire, porcelain toilet, TV, microwave, refrigerator, newer ice cold A/C, and plenty of storage. Overall this little Casita is in good shape if interested
