Tow with an SUV. A local, very experienced mobile RV repairman named Lazlo (well-known in Vancouver/White Rock/Vancouver Island) has been over it top to bottom and reports that it is in remarkably perfect condition. No rust, no rotting from leaks, equipment all in excellent condition. The automatic furnace with wall thermostat alone is worth $850 and works perfectly.

Lightly used. I am second owner and the previous owners only used it occasionally. Like new inside. Hard-wood cabinetry with lots of storage. Double-wall insulated seamless construction. Well equipped with toilet and bathroom sink (accordion door closes off the bathroom), 3 burner propane stove top, 2-way fridge, furnace, propane water heater, Fantastic Fan, smoke and C02 detectors, fire extinguisher, outdoor hot and cold shower, 2 propane tanks, 1 deep cell battery, dinette folds down to 4 X 6 bed. Please note that this is the only bed so good for 2 smallish people or a single person. 

I bought it in June 2017. I had the Fantastic Fan installed and had the black and grey piping and valves replaced. Everything works well. My tow vehicle turns out to not be good enough and I don't want to sell my tow vehicle, so I am selling the trailer in order to buy a camper van instead. But I love this cute little trailer. It weighs about 2000 lbs. It has electric brakes.

It is presently parked in winterized condition in Penticton. It can be shown by my brother-in-law who lives next door to where it is parked but only for serious buyers - I don't like to waste his time. I live in Edmonton but he has all the paperwork ready to transfer ownership.
