This trailer weights around 2600 lbs dry weight. You'll probably need a vehicle with a towing rating around 3500 lbs.

This travel trailer is fully equipped with a rear wet bath, Front Dinette tables that can convert into a full size bed, Rear sofa-bed that converts into full size bed, sleeps up to four people. 

28 gallon fresh water holding tank with a 12 Volt on-Demand Water System. 12 volt battery, 12v LED interior lighting, Grey/Black water tanks.

Front bed measurement: 44"x78"

Rear bed Measurement: 42"x75"

2-20 lb Propane gas tank that supplies the three burner stove, Furnace heater and the 10 gallon hot water heater, all equipment is in working condition, 4.4 cu ft Dometic 3-way fridge, All 12v lighting in the trailer is in working condition.

Brand new door seal, no water leaks, Chassis has some surface rust Trailer spent it's earlier life in Illinois. No soft spots on the floor, Hard wood flooring had just been installed "White surrounding trim will be painted to match floor coloring. no interior odor. 13500 btu Coleman low profile roof mount ac. 

Exterior: No fiberglass damage, no gel coat cracks, gel coat needs to be waxed to get the shine back. 

Interior: all original, No cushion rips, No odors, No plumbing issues, no gas leaks, no water line leaks.

-Small part of the wall paper by the rear window had been replaced using a different pattern wall paper.(see picture)

-Interior ceiling vinyl has some damage due to previous water leak through the Tv antenna mount, Antenna has been removed and leak was repaired.(see picture)

Running gear/chassis: 14” tires/wheels 2 years old "no dry rot or cracks", spare tire age is unknown but its still in good condition, bearings removed/inspected and re-greased, 2” hitch ball required, 7-pin round trailer light plug, electric braking system, all of the exterior/Exterior lights are in working condition.
