This price is low if you are aware of how in demand these old Casitas are.

It is in good condition for a 27 year old fiberglass camper. Has a new rooftop Air Conditioner with heat strip this summer. New converter three years ago. Tires have a lot of tread but I don't know how old they are. It has been parked for the past few years. Also, it was smoked in, just so you know, but is clean inside. I washed the outside on one side to get some photos but can't get to the other side where it is parked. It cleaned up nicely, but could use a good polishing. It does not appear to have any leaks, but there are no guarantees or refunds. It was my late brother's so this is pretty much all I know about it.

It will need a new battery and needs new carpet. Comes with a propane tank probably empty. Most interior lights work on AC power as do the outlets, so the converter is good. Has a propane furnace in addition to the rooftop heat in the new AC . Also has a two burner cook top and and icebox, but there is NO Refrigerator and NO Bathroom. It has a water tank, most likely 10 gallons, but no water heater or grey tank.

It's 16' bumper to hitch ball, 13' shell. 5'10" interior height. 6'8" exterior width, 6'6" inside. NADA says the weight is 1350 empty, other sites say 1700, go figure.

With a little elbow grease it can be brought back to life. This size and vintage are very sought after and we are selling it at this great low price to get it gone. Best offers this week will be considered or I might just polish it up myself and sell it in the spring for a lot more.
