1992 16’ Scamp. $10000
North Branford, CT 06472. Per scamp website it states it has a dry weight of 1900 pounds with 300 pound tongue weight. This layout has the front bench that turn into bunks. Driver side closet that can be used as a non permanent bathroom. Rear dinette that turns into bed. Has been kept under car port/canopy most of its life. I replaced the front flooring under the bunks and side flooring under driver side closet and cabinet. I over fiberglass tabbed and reinforced these areas. I painted all the doors and recently had it serviced and registered at Trailer Depot. I changed the front and rear windows and trim and put new weather stripping on all the side windows. No rot. No wood damage. Logo is a bit faded but the shell (fiberglass) does not have any damage. The exterior lights work (break/turn) It has shore power hook up and outlets inside work.
No toilet. Heater removed but still has tray and exhaust ports. No water tank. Has a sink but no faucet. Water can be emptied thru a hose that leads to exterior port or a interior gray water tank can be easily added. No stove. I still have the “face” of a 3 burner stove but none of the components. (Stove removed)
So, no stove, no heater, no water tank, no AC, no fan, no bathroom
