Dry weight is 2400 pounds.  My husband and I spent last week in it traveling to Acadia and Greenville Maine without any problems—everything worked great and we loved it. (But decided we’d like something larger.). We used an 18 inch long bumper hitch to pull it with our Dakota 4X4.

Overall outdoor size 19' x 8'10" x 6'8".  Queen bed in loft and kitchen table makes up into a twin bed.  Recently replaced both tires/rims, entire fiberglass shell repaired and painted, and all trim replaced around door and frame.  All appliances, lights, heater, water pump, water heater and all electrical system work well.  No issues with gray or black tank.  Needs new refrigerator but electric and/or gas plug ins accessible for 1.9cf unit (a small dorm refrigerator would fit perfectly in the space for refrigerator and outlet under counter is right next to it.) Comes with fifth wheel hitch to go into  truck bed or 18” extension hitch to use on truck bumper.
