Selling my 1991 Casita. I have owned it since 2007.

This is the 16' Spirit Deluxe model which has extra storage under the seats.
Other features include –
• AC and hot water heater. Has heat but we've never used it as I turn-off the propane at night.
• Stove, microwave and refrigerator / freezer which is gas or electric.
• Stainless steel kitchen sink and the cook top has an overboard exhaust fan.
• Extra wall insulation and nice awning.
• Double propane tanks.
• 3 separate water holding tanks – potable – black and a gray each with separate drains.

At 16 feet and 2000 lbs., it can be towed with virtually any size vehicle.
This camper has electric brakes, but I've never used them.
Spare tire and I did install new LED brake lights 2 years back.

This is a nice little Casita for its age.

I don’t want to understate or overstate this Casita's condition. It is very clean for its age, but it has been used. It has been smoked in, it has been drank in. Our family dogs have camped with us. The kids and grandkids have camped with us. It has been used but it has never been abused.

It was used last week at Ray Roberts State Park.
Casita’s last and this camper has a lot of life left in it.

Straight up, if you are going off grid it will need a battery. (standard car or deep cycle boat battery).
Set of tires if going a distance. These installed new in 2007, good tread and are not checked or cracked. I installed new wheel bearings at that time and installed buddy bearing covers so these are good.
Pulled just fine last week.

Clean Texas title and I have all the original Casita manuals.
