SOLD 1990 16' Scamp camper - $7200 - Delaware, OH

1990 Scamp 16'

A Scamp camper is a fiberglass camper of a "egg shell" design, meaning that the camper is constructed buy joining two halves, upper and lower, together to form a lightweight and aerodynamic design. A Scamp camper is not roomy inside, but it has the essentials required to stay inside comfortably during bouts of bad weather or shorts stays while traveling.

And this scamp camper has it all. The features are almost too numerous to list. It has almost new tires, less than 2000 miles on them. It has new brakes and backing plates, recently repacked wheel bearings and the brakes work very well. The axle has been replaced about five years ago. It has a built-in bike rack. It is completely dry inside with no leaks what-so-ever. All the interior doors and drawer faces have been replaced with custom cherry ones. It has a Pergo floor. The doors have locks or straps to retain them during travel.

The camper has a complete 12VDC system with one-year-old Group 29 deep cycle battery and built in charger. The Scamp comes with a 19" TV with DVD player. It has pressurized water, a furnace, air conditioner, refrigerator the works great on LPG, 12vdc or 110 VAC. A 20 lb LPG tank to run the three burner cook top and refrigerator also comes with the camper. All interior lights are LED. The Scamp also features a exterior table with a second cooktop, a rollable awning and a great stereo (CD/MP3/USB), with remote, that has internal and external speakers.

The Scamp has a fully functional and flushable head with external drain valve and hose. It has a ten gallon fresh water tank and gray water tank also. This camper also has "jalousied" windows, a option that is very useful, and screens for all openable windows.

It tows like a dream behind my Honda Ridgeline (not included). It comfortably sleeps two adults and two very small children are suppose to be able to sleep in bunk births, but we've never used them and the kids better not be very big. The camper comes with 2" ball and receiver with custom anti-sway bar.

$7200 buys it all.
