1989 Casita Rear Bed Model. Selling our well loved and very well maintained Casita. Very light weight can be towed with nearly any vehicle. Fits in many standard garages.

This model is extremely versatile. There are three configurations (see photos):
1. Rear bed for two
2. Rear dinette for four
3. Side dinette for two
4. Side bed for one
5. Side bunk beds for two with Kid-o-Bunks (bunks not included)

Updates and interior remodeled in last 5 years. This included:
- New flooring and side dinette installed with below storage
- 'Fantastic' (auto temp, auto rain closing) ceiling fan
- Screen door
- New hot water heater
- New plumbing and wiring
- New gas cooktop
- New front jack
- Battery
- New stabilizer feet/bars in the back (welded on)

Older items working fine:
- Microwave
- Fridge
- Both sinks
- AC (can develop water in pan after MANY hours) but blows cold
- Toilet and shower
- All interior lights and some replaced with LED
- All towing exterior lights including for towing
- Tires have plenty of tread no cracks
- Full all weather storage cover

Recent maintenance:
- Brakes adjust and check (electric brakes)
- Bearings lubed and checked
- General safety check

Issues:
- AC water in pan as noted
- Shower "J" drain pipe on but taped. We have a full kit to fix that will be included just never installed (not a big deal some water just goes under front of camper on ground when you take a shower)
- Some minor fiberglass cracks and crazing as to be expected given age
- Frame is solid but some surface rust
- Overall this camper can be bought and towed right to a campsite to enjoy!
