This 1989 Casita shows much newer than its age and has been properly maintained. It has been updated over the years and has been given a shabby chic look. Many new items throughout and the cushions were redone with covers from the factory provider. This was $800 alone. Also, comes with everything you need to camp and is shown in the pics. This stuff really adds up and can sometimes be an added cost that wasn’t expected.

Casitas are expensive to remodel and one that needed a lot of work was just sold in one day on CL for 9500.

This is currently located in Texas at my family home where I grew up but I live out in El Cajon. I’m having it transported out here and the title will be in hand and is clean. It’s not being sold there and then resold out here for more so you won’t find it online anywhere else. We can at least break even selling it out here.

There are some stickers on the front side of it that you can remove. The previous 2 owners were female so it wasn’t rough housed at all. My sister never even used the plumbing as she just used the bathrooms available at her campsite. Everything works though!
