1989 16' Casita Heritage Deluxe fully self contained and in good shape for an '89. Can sleep 4 (or 5 if you have one person sleep on a pad on the floor.) We bought it just a few days ago but discovered afterwords that the inside is a little shorter than the 17' models and at 6 ft tall I have to slouch inside a couple inches. Selling for the same price we bought it for.

Awning is in good shape. It has two ac units and both are 11500 btu. Gets nice and cold in the heat of summer. The long chair on the side easily turns into bunk beds which is a unique feature for this year. Cushion covers recently replaced. This Casita is perfect for family with more than one child.

Note: Cabinets doors functional but are due for replacement, which would be pretty straight forward for anyone with the right tools. Everything else in good condition.
