In 2016 new cushion covers were put on, also a new battery and water pump. Since then new taillights, roof vent, laminate floor, curtains, door, and a solid wood table. The closet was turned into a pantry and the cupboard doors painted. The front window has cracks. It has air conditioning and a working refrigerator.
