EXPIRED LISTING- 1988 Scamp 19' Deluxe 5th Wheel - $9,999 - Minneapolis, MN

Asking $10k for the trailer, offers considered (if also interested in tow vehicle, read on). This one is part newly restored, part fixer upper. It may look well used in the pics it is but if you look through these details you'll find many items recently replaced/upgraded, or included as extras. Purchased a year ago and fixed it up, then spent 9 months in it full time, but would prefer a smaller model now. Very open to delivery. Also selling 2016 GMC Canyon SLT 4x4 Crew Cab Turbo Diesel with 5' bed, custom mounts for the hitch rails, black w/tan leather, tows the Scamp heavily loaded like a champ at 20 mpg, 110k miles. If you're interested in a combo deal, we are happy to take offers.

We can deliver in a reasonable range if needed. We're also selling a 2016 GMC Canyon SLT 4x4 Crew Cab Turbo Diesel with a 5' bed and custom fabricated mounts for the fifth wheel hitch rails, black with tan leather, tows the Scamp heavily-loaded like a champ at 20+ mpg, 110k miles. If you're interested in a combo deal, we WILL entertain offers on that.

Model: 1988 Scamp 19 Deluxe with A/C, layout with tall cupboard by door, wet bath, hot water, propane heat + electric, full stove, convertible queen booth/bed at rear and queen bunk at front, electric fresh water pump (no drain pump). Full title and a fair amount of records/receipts/etc.

Things that were replaced/upgraded/etc. before and during our travels last year:
-new high profile tires including spare
- new 15" wheels including spare
- new torsion axle and brakes with factory lift kit (installed by Crystal Welding, DOT certified and best trailer place in the region).
- new hitch receiver and safety chains (also by Crystal Welding)
- new official Scamp/Reese "5th wheel" hitch and rails
- new cushions and upholstery from Scamp for both bench and bed (and we kept the bed cushions sealed in plastic while in use WITH another mattress on top, only way they've been used).
- new vinyl floor
- non slip pads on staircase
- new wooden pull handles on cabinets
- extra warm LED bulbs installed in all lights, plus new LED fixtures above stove and in front bunk.
- USB charging outlets on booth side of kitchen cabinets (replacing 12V cig lighter) and in front bunk on new light fixture.
- new AGM marine battery
- new 120V-only dorm style fridge (needs a more permanent install)
- CO2 detector and 12V fan installed in stairwell
- dual cable glands installed to feed large cables out from under bench storage area to back of trailer - used for an LTE antenna (not included).
- new hardware for gravel guard, not yet installed

Extras:
- new 30A power cord with screw-on adapter for Scamp side, I think 30', along with well-used 15A adapter cord.
- drinking water hoses, a short cheap one and a long expensive one, with right-angle valve for camper end and splitter valve for source end.
- two 20 lb propane tanks, pretty full iirc.
- Camco Rhino 21-gallon portable waste tank with a long high-quality dump hose and short fill hose, and some accessories. Can be pulled on a hitch.
- collection of camp dishes, silverware, dish drying rack
- two viterra stabilizers, which make a huge difference
- some various chocks and blocks
- "trasharoo" spare tire backpack-style storage bag

Known issues:
- the front drive side corner has had a rough life. There is an old repair along the seam, which is an overhang below the floor/frame so doesn't affect anything, but is visible. To the side of that, a brand new smaller damage of the same sort. Above that, there is a spot that likes to dent in a little and crack. Previous owner had repaired this with adhesive, which didn't hold. I cut out around the cracking and re-glassed it, but it has a small crack again. On the plus side, this is a relatively easy area to work on the fiberglass.
- original water heater had a cracked tank when we got it. We had that removed and welded. We had a leak some time after that, but then couldn't reproduce or locate it so uncertain of its status (we didn't use it much).
- fridge temporarily installed because it was an on-the-road replacement when the original dumped it's fluid out the back. Needs more substantial mounting/trim, though it is useable as-is.
- oven in stove not working (range works great)
- Leaks: prior to heading out, all exterior rivets/etc. were checked and sealed as necessary, and we were leak-free until nearly the end of the trip when a couple of rivets began to leak, and due to the heavy spring rains they were all covered with emergency sealing tape to keep things dry until home (sorry). It is probably time to reassess the A/C sealing. Also, we attempted to fix a leak in the shower basin, but it still has a tiny leak from somewhere (we did not use the shower).
- the roof around the A/C unit is sagging a bit (maybe 1/4") with age, which encourages leaks there if it rains enough to temporarily flood the rivets. I'm sure this could be fixed by messing with the roof bracing, but was considering upgrading to a newer AC or maybe a ductless, so haven't approached the issue.
- The frame has plenty of surface rust, but we haven't found any real problem areas other than one bit of the floor support which was professionally replaced.
