This is a Vintage 1988 16- travel trailer in very good shape. New AC that is a rear window, removable, unit-which makes going under overpasses easy to travel. And a new Microwave, new TV with DVD unit, 3 burner stove and a port a pottie, sink, and a new electric frigerated, no shower. I found that in all of my previous travel trailers I never used the shower or the black water toilet because I hated to travel to the dump area to empty it, and all of the sites have showers and toilets. If I really need a toilet I have the porta pottie.So this unit fits my usage very well. This unit also has double bunks which convert into a couch located at the front of the camper, as well as a queen size bed which converts into the dinette area. There is also a new camper cover.This unit is extra light. I have found weight estimates from 1300 lbs. to 1700 lbs. Not completely sure but it is as light as you are going to find one and is very easy to trailer. Another aspect that I really like is that the trailer has a front and back window so that when you look in your car rear view window you can see what is behind you on the road, instead of a large fiberglass wall. The trailer has been newly carpeted and nicely upholstered. My price is firm, so only call if you are a serious buyer. Thank You
