Has: Sink with hand pump, Propane cooktop*, 12v/110v WFCO 20 Amp service box, All new LED 12v interior lighting, LED porch light, USB charging via either 12v or 110v shore power, Shore power 20Amp cable. 

Many updates and refreshes over the years. New foam, steam cleaned ratfur, custom cabinet doors, all new 12v wiring. 1 7/8" ball hitch required. Camper has a standard flat 4-pin connection. A 1 7/8" Class III drawbar and hitch lock is available. 

Does not have: awning, Icebox or refridge, heater, AC, Fantastic Fan, toilet, shower, WiFi, Cable TV,

NOTES: Tires are three years old. Cushions are 6 years old. The spare tire cover is a shred of its former self.  Drawer under stovetop is sticky.
