1986 16' Scamp project. $3500 firm. Lightweight fiberglass, approx 1600 lbs.
Scamps are highly desirable and collectible due to their excellent longevity, enthusiastic collectors and camper clubs. They maintain their value well into their vintage years.
Qualifies for $10 a year DMV registration renewal as a permanent trailer identification (PTI) in California.
Interior was being modified; however original fiberglass is available if you prefer original layout (or sell for $$).
Included - fresh water tank, stove and sink, durable vinyl covered cushions, 2 ceiling fans with shrouds, kitchen table, original fiberglass kitchenette and dining benches.
Needs - Ceiling vent kit ($90 on Scamp website), front and back windows (or DIY and save money with plexiglass from Home Depot or Lowes with lockstrip), trailer lights (Harbor Freight has magnetic temp brake lights for under $20) gel coat on repaired fiberglass under front window (looks easy on YouTube), spare tire, battery and interior lights.
Serious inquiries only, price is firm. I have too many other projects going on to finish this one and my loss is your gain. Research Scamp's value ahead of time, these are hard to find and very desirable.
