The pictured compact travel trailer includes…roof air, 2 burner range (propane), small wooden fire place w/chimney, convertible dinette (full size bed), extra spare tire. Exterior or 100% fiberglass (no edges = no water) damage.

NO working refrigerator (could easily be replaced) or bathroom. The bathroom space is still in tact, along with the sink but the toilet has been removed (could easily replace).


The unit pictured weighs around 1250 pounds for easy towing. This is a 1986 Casita, so it has been loved and used, however, it still have plenty of life left. We are the 2nd owners, and own it with the title.
