We are selling a 1986 16' Casita Trailer that is in great shape and totally ready to go without any need of updates.  If you are looking at this on this forum, you probably know the benefits of molded fiberglass trailers over the traditional trailer.  This particular trailer is especially light because the inside has been redone without a bath or kitchen to give more space for moving about and sleeping.  I can actually move this thing around by hand if I had to.  We got great gas mileage from our tow vehicle with this.   It still has the original table that converts into a bed, and another single bed, a sink, and lots of storage space.  Within the last year or two the following modifications have been done:
