I am currently looking to sell my 1986 13' burro camper. I have had it for a little over 2 years now and unfortunately I am no longer in need of it. I live downtown and it does not get the love anymore that it deserves. I have made some modifications to it over the time I have owned it. Needs some tlc on the inside still. I’ve resealed the windows, replaced the cabinet doors and counter top, added a power strip behind the counter top, repainted the outside and inside, added some insulation, replaced the floor, built a cabinet/drawer in the kitchen area as well. It needs some carpet liner work on ceiling and front, and could use a new roof vent too. Many things could be done to it, just depends on your needs I suppose
